Has Anyone Reminded You…
…about the time change coming up?

-Henry Rollins
The weather is still unpredictable and not exactly warm, but the promise of Spring is here!

If you’re planning on staying put for a bit, you’re not off the hook. Wherever you live, you’ll need to do some post-winter chores to keep your abode in good shape. As much as I preach that HGTV is not reality, some of you still seem to cling to the hope that I’m wrong.

However, in the interest of getting information to you, by any means necessary, here is some information, straight from the acronym’s mouth, on helping your house pull out of Winter and prepare for Spring.
Check your gutters for loose or leaking sections.
Check the driveway and sidewalk for cracks.
Fill low spots in the yard or around the house.
Move firewood away from the house.
These are just a few ideas for de-hibernation. For a more complete list of instructions, Click Here!
By the way, it’d be a shame if something happened to your old dishes…
Since we’ve already pulled our toboggan up to the slippery slope of reality TV, here’s some more good news: Chip and Joanna Gaines have a new line of wonderful things at Target. Candles and kitchen towels and creative storage, oh my! Check out Hearth + Hand with Magnolia, here.
